Proposed Relocation & Renovation for Credit Guarantee Corporation Malaysia Berhad, Ipoh Branch at B-G-04, No. 42, Persiaran Greentown 1, Greentown Business Centre, 30450 Ipoh, Perak

Credit Guarantee Corporation Malaysia Berhad (CGC) is inviting qualified and experienced contractors who fulfil the requirements listed below to participate in the above-mentioned Tender.

Mandatory Requirements

Only contractors who meet the following requirements will be considered :-

  1. Malaysian registered business.
  2. Minimum Sdn Bhd company.
  3. Minimum paid-up capital of RM100,000.
  4. Established more than 5 years.
  5. At least 3 year’s experience in office renovation works.
  6. Registered with CIDB, Gred G4, Specialization B04.
  7. Tender deposit amounting to RM1,000.

The interested contractors are required to fill-up the attached forms :-

  1. Profile of Tenderer form.
  2. Authorization on Personal Data (PDPA) form.

Scope of Work

To renovate and relocate CGC Ipoh Branch. The tender document will be distributed to the qualified contractors during tender briefing at site.

 Tender Period

Tender issuance : Friday, 11/01/2019
Tender closing : Friday, 18/01/2019
Site visit (compulsory) : Friday, 11/01/2019, 10.00 am @ B-G-04, No. 42, Persiaran Greentown 1, Greentown Business Centre, 30450 Ipoh, Perak.

Any expenses which may be incurred by Tenderer in the preparation of tender shall be borne by the Tenderer
