Credit Guarantee Corporation Malaysia Berhad (CGC) is inviting qualified and experienced contractors who fulfil the requirements listed below to participate in the above-mentioned Tender.

Mandatory Requirements

Only companies which fulfill the following requirements will be considered:-

  1. Malaysian registered business
  2. Minimum Sdn Bhd Company
  3. Minimum paid-up capital of RM100,000.00
  4. Established more than five (5) years.
  5. At least three (3) years’ experience in office renovation works.
  6. Registered with CIDB, Gred G4, Specialization B04.
  7. Tender deposit amounting to RM1,000.00.

The interested contractors are required to fill-up and submit the attached forms:-

  1. Profile of Tenderer form.
  2. PDPA Form.

Please email the completed forms above (item A & B) as well as SSM registration and CIDB certificate to cgctender@cgc.com.my and knizam@cgc.com.my on or before 20th August 2020 latest by 2:00 PM. The invitation letter will be issued to the qualified contractors.

Scope of Work

To renovate office at Level 2, 8 and 9, Bangunan CGC. The tender document will be distributed to qualified contractors during tender briefing at site.

Tender Period

Tender issuance : Tuesday – Friday, 1st – 4th September 2020
Tender closing : Friday, 18th September 2020
Site Visit (compulsory) : Monday – Friday, 1st – 4th September 2020 latest by 2:00 PM @ Level 1, Bangunan CGC, Kelana Business Centre, 97, Jalan SS7/2, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Note: Any expenses which may be incurred by Tenderer in the preparation of tender shall be borne by the Tenderer.

Submission of Tender Documents

All completed tender documents must be signed and enclosed in a sealed envelope and to be marked with the project title on the upper left hand corner of the envelope. The envelope MUST be SEPARATED between Technical Envelope (Marked as Envelope A) and Commercial Envelope (Marked as Envelope B). Failing to do so, the tenderer shall be disqualified.  

CGC shall not be bound to accept the lowest price or any tender proposal nor will it be responsible for whatever costs incurred in relation to this tender exercise. CGC reserves the right to reject the tender submitted by a company which fails to comply with the requirements.

Confidentiality of Tender Documents

The tender document is strictly confidential and restricted only to the company. Information contained in the tender documents shall not be disclosed directly or indirectly to any party, unless expressed otherwise in writing by CGC. The tender proposals from the companies shall also be treated as STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL.
