1. What is CGC Rebate?
   

   CGC Rebate is a rebate mechanism for CGC customer whereby reduction of certain percentage on guarantee fee will be given to the eligible customer.

2. How do I benefit from the CGC Rebate?
   

   As a good customer, the CGC Rebate is a form of reward to help you ease the cost of financing.

3. What are the eligibility criteria of CGC Rebate?
   

   The eligibility criteria of CGC Rebate are as follow:-

   1. Must have facilities with CGC for more than 1½ years
   2. Must have good conduct of accounts / credit behavior
   3. Applicable for DAGS, BizJamin/BizJamin-i, BizJamin Bumi / BizJamin Bumi-i and BizMaju schemes only
4. How CGC define good conduct of accounts / credit behavior?
   

   Good conduct of accounts or credit behavior refers to account with no default and record prompt payment.

5. How do I know if I am eligible for the CGC Rebate?
   

   If you have met all the eligibility criteria mentioned in Item 3 above, you should be eligible for the CGC Rebate. If you would like to find out your status of eligibility, you may contact our Client Service Centre at 03-788 000 88.

6. How much of rebate will I be entitled to?
   

   The percentage (%) of rebate will vary by customer depending on the customer’s individual rating. It ranges from 2% to as high as 30%. The actual rebate amount can only be known once the evaluation is done as it is based on your rating result.

7. Based on evaluation, how does CGC rate their customer?
   

   CGC have an internal rating tool that assesses on the risk of individual customers based on specific areas observed.

8. When I can get my CGC Rebate if I am eligible?
   

   You will get your rebate upon your next Letter of Guarantee (LG) issuance.

9. How long can customers enjoy the CGC Rebate?
   

   This is an ongoing program. Hence, there is no expiry date set. Just continue to pay on time and you will continue to enjoy the CGC Rebate.

10. Does my bank know that I am entitled for the CGC Rebate?
    

    Yes, CGC will inform your bank.

11. I’m a good pay master, do I enjoy the CGC Rebate?
    

    Yes, you will enjoy the CGC Rebate if you fulfill the CGC Rebate eligibility criteria.

12. I have GTFS scheme with CGC for 2 years with no adverse record. Am I eligible for the rebate?
    

    No. GTFS is not entitled for rebate. Schemes that eligible for rebate are as follows:-

    1. DAGS /DAGS-i
    2. BizJamin / BizJamin-i
    3. BizJamin Bumi / BizJamin Bumi-i
    4. BizMaju
